We want you to be satisfied with your DeepRinse purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. You will also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your return is approved, we will refund the full order amount minus any return shipping costs, if applicable.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We review these cases individually and will work toward a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to cancel or update your order before it is processed.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or opened products
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items returned without prior approval
- Gift cards, if applicable
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or use not according to instructions

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
