Current Inventory Notice

We're currently experiencing ongoing inventory shortages on some products. By default, orders containing multiple items (including any presale or out-of-stock items) are held and shipped together once everything is available. We'll email you when your order is ready to ship. 

Payment and Presale Orders

Payment is collected at the time you place your order, including for presale and backordered items.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders containing presale or out-of-stock items will ship once all items are available, and we'll email you when your order is ready to ship. You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking once your order goes out.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, please check with your carrier regarding their policy before ordering.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We'll refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these case-by-case and will work toward a satisfactory solution.
